Officers on patrol swoop on cocaine and cash in Co Armagh

The police said that officers in the Churchill Park area of Portadown on Thursday afternoon (February 4), when they “observed two males in a parked car”.
Police spoke to the males before carrying out a search of the vehicle.

Hide Ad“Suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of £600 was seized along with £1,400 cash, two counterfeit £10 notes and two mobile phones.”
The two men, aged 21 and 24, were arrested for possession of Class A drugs, possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, possession of criminal property and possession of counterfeit currency.
Both were later released on bail pending further enquiries.
Police revealed the arrests on Friday.
